The website www.safebox.cash is an online store specializing in the sale of various products, owned by Reage, Lda, with headquarters in Largo Conselheiro Sousa e Melo, 3850-135 Albergaria-a-Velha.
General Sales Conditions
These conditions are agreed between the company Reage, Lda and anyone wishing to make a purchase through the company Reage, Lda website (www.safebox.cash).
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described here.
1. Object
The purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale, established between Reage, Lda and the User, from the moment the order is placed to the various services provided by it, such as payment methods and delivery conditions for the goods.
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.
2. Order
The User can place their order online, on the website (www.safebox.cash). To finalize your order, the User must identify themselves by indicating their email and password.
If this is your first order, the User must create their Customer Account by filling in all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. After creating an account, the new User will be assigned the respective Customer number. The Customer number is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Reage, Lda refuses to sell to minors under the age of 16 without express parental authorization, which will be systematically requested.
In some situations, namely in the case of duplicate customer accounts, abnormal order due to the quantity ordered, abusive exchanges or returns, existence of a dispute, lack of payment, wrong address or other problem with your account, Reage, Lda reserves the right to the right to block the Customer’s order until the problem is resolved.
When placing your order, the User expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general sales conditions, prices and description of the items included in this transaction. These general sales conditions will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.
Any dispute regarding this last point will be resolved through an exchange of information and with the guarantees mentioned below. Reage, Lda reserves the right not to accept orders of large amounts, which are not paid in advance.
3. Delivery
The average delivery time is 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) business days. Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any right to compensation.

4. Payment
Reage, Lda offers the User several payment methods:

Cash on delivery:
By opting for this payment method, the Customer agrees to pay the total value of the order upon delivery.
5. Pricing
The prices of articles indicated on the website are valid while they are published online.
The prices of the items do not include the costs of shipping the order (according to the current amount, see Article 3).
Prices must be expressed in euros, with fees and taxes included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the type of applicable VAT will be reflected in the prices of the items. After this date, prices may be modified at any time. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Although Reage, Lda seeks to ensure that all prices indicated on its website are correct, errors may occur.
When processing the order, any and all price errors that may be displayed on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product presented on the website is actually lower, the difference is refunded. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and may accept or cancel the order.
6. REFUND – RETURN (RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION)
All items delivered may be subject to refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition and with the label, instructions and all documents that may initially accompany them.
Right to Free Resolution
All delivered items may be subject to cancellation.
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to communicate their desire to cancel the order.

Return methods

After evaluating the part received, and without finding any impediment to making the exchange, the exchange process will be carried out.
The credit note is valid for 30 days. The credit note will be sent by email to Reage, Lda.
Defective parts
If you find a defective part, you can request an exchange or return in one of the following ways:
1) Addressing Reage, Lda with the original labels. After confirming that it is a defect in the part, and evaluated by us, we can proceed:

*Credit note issuance valid for 30 days.
2) The customer must communicate the situation by email to info@safebox.cash, describing the defect and attaching images of the part where it is visible. After the evaluation has been carried out, you must send the piece by registered mail.
If the confirmation is defective, Reage, Lda will incur transport costs. After receiving the part, you can do:
* Exchange of the item for another item of equal value.
* If there is not the same item to replace and it is not of the same value, the customer must pay the excess.
* Credit note issuance valid for 30 days.
7. LEGAL GUARANTEES
With any of your purchases, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against non-visible damage, allowing customers to return defective or non-conforming items delivered.
Legal guarantee of compliance
Once you activate the legal guarantee of compliance, you will:
• Benefit from a period of two years from delivery of the article to take action;
• Be exempt from communicating proof of the existence of conformity defects in the article during the 24 months following delivery of the article
Non-visible damage warranty:

8. SIGNATURE AND PROOF

9. RESPONSIBILITY
For all stages of access to the website, from the order process to delivery or subsequent services, Reage, Lda only has an obligation of means. Reage, Lda excludes all guarantees and any liability for inconveniences or losses inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular, a disruption of service, an external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses or any case of force majeure as classified by jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The items sold are described and presented on the website as accurately as possible. If, despite all precautions, minor errors have occurred, we cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the fact. Any complaint at this level will be resolved within the scope of a possible return and the guarantees referred to in Article 6 (return costs will, in this case, be the responsibility of Reage, Lda). On the other hand, we may be forced, by our suppliers, to deliver an item whose composition is slightly different from that described, but which is still of equal or greater quality to the item ordered. If, for this reason, the article does not meet your expectations, you can, of course, appeal and benefit from the legal guarantee and compliance.
Reage, Lda reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: articles, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services on the website. Every effort is constantly made to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors. However, if the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the user will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase. Whenever an anomalous situation is identified, it is immediately corrected.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These General Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties in question.
If one of the clauses of these conditions becomes null and void, due to a legislative, regulatory change or sentence, this shall in no case affect its validity and respect.
12. Duration
These conditions apply for the entire duration of the services offered by Reage, Lda. All exclusive items on the website are valid until available stocks last.
13. STORAGE AND ARCHIVE OF TRANSACTIONS
Orders and invoices will be archived on a reliable and durable medium to provide a faithful and durable copy.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE
The sales conditions presented are applicable to Portuguese law.
In the absence of resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising from these General Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
