\nThese conditions are agreed between the company Reage, Lda and anyone wishing to make a purchase through the company Reage, Lda website (www.safebox.cash).
\nThe parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described here.<\/p>\n

1. Object<\/strong>
\nThe purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale, established between Reage, Lda and the User, from the moment the order is placed to the various services provided by it, such as payment methods and delivery conditions for the goods.
\nThese conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.<\/p>\n

2. Order<\/strong>
\nThe User can place their order online, on the website (www.safebox.cash). To finalize your order, the User must identify themselves by indicating their email and password.
\nIf this is your first order, the User must create their Customer Account by filling in all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. After creating an account, the new User will be assigned the respective Customer number. The Customer number is strictly personal and non-transferable.
\nReage, Lda refuses to sell to minors under the age of 16 without express parental authorization, which will be systematically requested.
\nIn some situations, namely in the case of duplicate customer accounts, abnormal order due to the quantity ordered, abusive exchanges or returns, existence of a dispute, lack of payment, wrong address or other problem with your account, Reage, Lda reserves the right to the right to block the Customer’s order until the problem is resolved.
\nWhen placing your order, the User expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general sales conditions, prices and description of the items included in this transaction. These general sales conditions will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

3. Delivery<\/strong>
\nThe average delivery time is 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) business days. Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any right to compensation.

\nYou can choose to collect your order in store. You will receive notification of pick-up availability.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/strong>
\nReage, Lda offers the User several payment methods:
\nBank transfer
\nCash on delivery:<\/strong>
\nBy opting for this payment method, the Customer agrees to pay the total value of the order upon delivery.<\/p>\n

5. Pricing<\/strong>
\nThe prices of articles indicated on the website are valid while they are published online.
\nThe prices of the items do not include the costs of shipping the order (according to the current amount, see Article 3).
\nPrices must be expressed in euros, with fees and taxes included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the type of applicable VAT will be reflected in the prices of the items. After this date, prices may be modified at any time. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Although Reage, Lda seeks to ensure that all prices indicated on its website are correct, errors may occur.<\/p>\n

When processing the order, any and all price errors that may be displayed on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product presented on the website is actually lower, the difference is refunded. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and may accept or cancel the order.<\/p>\n

6. REFUND \u2013 RETURN (RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION)<\/strong>
\nAll items delivered may be subject to refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition and with the label, instructions and all documents that may initially accompany them.<\/p>\n

Right to Free Resolution
\nAll delivered items may be subject to cancellation.
\nThe customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to communicate their desire to cancel the order.

Defective parts
\nIf you find a defective part, you can request an exchange or return in one of the following ways:
\n1) Addressing Reage, Lda with the original labels. After confirming that it is a defect in the part, and evaluated by us, we can proceed:

\n*Credit note issuance valid for 30 days.
\n2) The customer must communicate the situation by email to info@safebox.cash, describing the defect and attaching images of the part where it is visible. After the evaluation has been carried out, you must send the piece by registered mail.
\nIf the confirmation is defective, Reage, Lda will incur transport costs. After receiving the part, you can do:
\n* Exchange of the item for another item of equal value.
\n* If there is not the same item to replace and it is not of the same value, the customer must pay the excess.
\n* Credit note issuance valid for 30 days.<\/p>\n

7. LEGAL GUARANTEES<\/strong>
\nWith any of your purchases, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against non-visible damage, allowing customers to return defective or non-conforming items delivered.
\nLegal guarantee of compliance
\nOnce you activate the legal guarantee of compliance, you will:
